I was watching lecture 35 about The Future and it made me think a lot about how people view sex these days. The meaning of sex has changed so much throughout the years. People used to have sex to produce life and express their love for one another. Sex used to have such a beautiful meaning. In today's society, people think sex means your going to get a disease, or people just have sex out of pure enjoyment and not out of love. I feel that maybe pornography has caused this negative view of sex. Pornography has become a way for people to get out of having sex with their loved one. It is an easier way to get immediate pleasure. Pornography has distorted our meaning of sex. Sex is no longer an important part of reproduction and that is disturbing. It's no longer called "making love." If people are changing their views on sex…what is it going to be like in the future?

changing views of sex in the future!
[...] This blog will be my final commentary for the semester in which i challenge someone elses view. In this blog, the blogger states that having sex in todays society is bad because people are doing it just to do it. While I can agree with this point, the point that pornography is to blame is ludacrious. How can you blame porn for what people do? And with that what do you consider porn? I can turn my television on and see people pretending to have sex on public television, so why not just watch the actually act of having sex? Having sex is a personal choice that everyone makes for themselves and I dont think that pornography can be blamed for this. GO PORN!!!! [...]
sex is now a vehicle for emotional trauma and spiritual depletion.. when viewed outside the sacred context. How else do you explain a radical increase in (attempted) suicide of teenage girls as the age of first time sex decreases? cuz they’re certainly not married
porn per se is not the problem.. viewing it is
killing you is a personal choice of mine. does that mean it isn’t bad?
SIMPLY choosing to act does not make the act moral!
duh
